The list will be strictly followed as shown below. See the key at the bottom of the page for an explanation of the status codes and order of the list. Submit any individual feedback regarding this process/list directly to the league office.

The primary sort key for the list is status followed by last date of contact. Some key Status terms that may need explanation:

• Priority - This is a previous proven NARC manager who had to leave NARC for an extended period caused by a real life event AND has indicated a time frame in which they would like to become active. This must be identified at the time the manager gives up his team.
• Active - All other people waiting for a team that are not covered in the Priority status.
• Pending - A person who has filled out the online application and has yet to complete the application process.
• Inactive - People who have successfully filled out online applications but do not have time to immediately join the league. An '*' indicates that the person will have priority status if they become active within two years of their application date.
